General rules of money order system
Sending money order: you should to fill out a form, to produce ID document of sender, to pay the cashier transferring amount to send money order, after that operator will inform sender the number of money order which its necessary to let know recipient. You need to know country, first and second name of recipient to send money order. The money order will be avaliable right away after appropriation its check number.
Payment money order: To receive money order client-recipient must to know: fisrt and second name of sender, CNN and amount order. The client should to fill out a form with order number, to produce ID document and after that he/she can take money in the cashier.
